Core responsibilities of the AP Specialist
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will be overall tasked with reviewing invoices and coding.
- Process invoices on a weekly basis and serve as a point of contact for the vendors.
- Point of contact for vendors
- Review T&E.
- Reviewing sales tax for accuracy per invoice.
- AP reconciliation at month end.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Associate
- Associates or Undergrad degree.
- 3+ years’ experience of processing AP working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Excel
