Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Grand Forks Corporate Office Team.  The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the entire accounts payable function.  This position will create systems to efficiently process accounts payable, inventory receiving and expense control.

Responsibilities  

• Provide support for the entire process of procurement to payment 
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
• Manage vendors on auto pay and online payments 
• Oversee inventory and receiving processes
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment 
• Control expenses

Qualifications:  Two years of experience in finance, accounting, AP/AR and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required.  An associate degree in accounting is preferred.  Must be able to work Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
