Accounts Payable Supervisor
$75,000/yr.-$90,000/yr
+ Discretionary Bonus
Job Summary - Vaco has partnered with a Janitorial Services Company and they have an opening for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee 2-5 Accounts Payable Accountants, while ensuring proper functioning of the AP department
Experience with NetSuite is a must and prior exposure to Tipalita is a plus but not a must
This role will be in-office for the first 90 days and will transition to hybrid
Healthy benefits are also included.
Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor accounts payable staff
Review and approve invoices for payment
Manage vendor relationships
Updating accounts payable system to ensure up-to-date information
Oversee the reconciliation of accounts payable
Aging analysis
W9 and 1099
Cutting checks
3 way match
Essentials - 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
Prior experience in a supervisory or senior level role
Experience with 3-way matching
Needs to have experience with Netsuite
Prior knowledge in Tipalita is a plus but not a must
Proficient in MS Excel
Must be team oriented
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead and mentor staff
8am-5pm

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
