Job DescriptionA/R analysts are customer service specialists who work with community directors and portfolio managers in a specified portfolio of communities to ensure accurate recording of day-to-day activity, evaluating and processing forfeitures, and compiling month-end reports for the accounting department.
Minimum Hourly Pay Rate: $19
Maximum Hourly Pay Rate: $22
- Accounts Receivable
- Evaluating and completing move out dispositions to ensure they are true and correct
- Correcting misapplied payments from one ledger to another
- Bank corrections received from GL Accountant
- Posting housing deposits and manual check deposits as needed
- Preparing month end financial reports -
- Auditing Bank Deposits
- Mailing out refund checks
- Assisting other A/R Analysts as needed
- Comply with all FPI policies and procedures
- Comply with Fair Housing Laws
- Troubleshooting
- Training/assisting site staff
- Liaison between site staff and GL accountants
- Speaking with sites professionally via phone and email
- Yardi & RealPage - our primary software system
- Other
- Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures
- Comply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and procedures
- Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.
- Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.
- Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance
- Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI’s Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
