About the Job
Responsibilities:
? Process daily cash applications from lockbox and monthly ACH direct debit for 30+
properties.
? Charge up properties rent roll charges every first of the month
? Prepare monthly closing reports for property management and Accountants.
? Responsible for answering billing inquires and research account history.
• Processed 5000+ payments monthly across approximately 30 properties, including EFTs and lockboxes
• Apply various charges to owners’ accounts
• Assist with questions and concerns
? Assist with other accounting and miscellaneous job related duties as needed.
• Generate statements for delinquent owners
Skills:
- 1+ years experience in an AR related position required
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven accuracy, dependability and timeliness
- Strong accounting computer skills and knowledge of commonly used accounting concepts.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
