About the Job
Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading Real Estate Company in the Newton area
Currently, the finance and accounting team is looking to bring on a proven Accounts Receivables Analyst to support the group

Responsibilities:
? Process daily cash applications from lockbox and monthly ACH direct debit for 30+
properties
? Charge up properties rent roll charges every first of the month
? Prepare monthly closing reports for property management and Accountants
? Responsible for answering billing inquires and research account history
• Processed 5000+ payments monthly across approximately 30 properties, including EFTs and lockboxes
• Apply various charges to owners’ accounts
• Assist with questions and concerns
? Assist with other accounting and miscellaneous job related duties as needed
• Generate statements for delinquent owners
Skills:1+ years experience in an AR related position required
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proven accuracy, dependability and timeliness
Strong accounting computer skills and knowledge of commonly used accounting concepts.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
