Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst - Workday

Location:

Remote (USA) candidates will be considered as long as they can work MST, CST or PST hours

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation of customer invoices.
• Triage emails from shared inbox.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries.
• Create and maintain customer records.
• Review customer contracts.
• Issue invoice adjustments.
• Assist with month end responsibilities.
• Perform tax related tasks (including sales tax end user schedules).
• Special projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• One to two years of accounts receivable (or similar) experience preferred. 
• Strong computer skills are necessary, including Excel.
• General accounting experience preferred.
• Accounting / Finance or other business degree preferred.

• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail oriented and accurate.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $19.00/hour-$25.00/hour
