Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Lansing, MI
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time

Responsibilities:

• Upload Purchase Orders (POs) to SAP and 3rd party customer portals
• Resolve upload issues and ensure successful uploads
• Handle a high volume in invoices, managing a high dollar amount in accounts receivable
• Pull information from shared inboxes and upload to correct portals

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of the order-to-cash cycle
• Experience matching POs to invoices
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but training will be provided
