Join our Orlando-based environmental and engineering company as an Accounts Receivable Clerk! Our client has been in business for over 20 years and is still expanding, working with a diverse range of clients from government agencies to the private sector. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for handling multiple locations, importing and generating invoices, handling vendor/internal communication, maintaining files, performing data entry, and applying for payments.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• Handle accounts receivable functions for multiple locations, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Import and generate invoices accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding billing and payment inquiries.
• Maintain files and documentation related to accounts receivable.
• Perform data entry and apply payments to appropriate customer accounts.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related fields.
• Experience with Sage 300 (or similar accounting software) is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills for data entry and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
