Accounts Receivable Clerk - Robert Half

Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to participate in our team. The individual will be an integral part of our team, based in Spokane Valley, Washington, United States. This role involves managing accounts receivable, providing customer service, and maintaining exceptional communication. Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate payment - Provide customer service via various channels including email, phone, and fax - Maintain high-quality communication with customers and team members - Perform filing and organizational duties to ensure smooth operations - Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools for account reconciliation and billing purposes - Leverage skills in cash collections and commercial collections to maintain and improve customer accounts - Actively participate in maintaining accurate customer credit records. SALARY RANGE: $41,600 - $45,760 BENEFITS OFFERED: - Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Retirement Plan: 401k with up to a 4% match after 90 days - Vacation includes 1 week's paid vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years, 3 weeks paid vacation after 3 years.
