Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• Process customer invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as needed.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Prepare and send account statements.
• Utilize Excel for reporting, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables for data analysis.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures related to receivables.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience using VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
