Responsibilities:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Insure timely collections of open obligations for the various geographical regions in North Americas
- Customer contact correspondence
- Prepare monthly customer statements
- Prepare bi-Weekly Area Manager reports
- Process credit and debit memos
- Application of receipt to AR2000
- Prepare Daily Cash Report
- Prepare Daily deposit
- Monthly close of the AR2000 system
- Performs other job assignments as specified by the AR/Senior Finance Manager
And, as expected of every employee of Canon Business Process Services Philippines, Inc. (CBPS), the Accounts Receivable Coordinator is expected to:

Qualifications:
EDUCATION | · Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy |
EXPERIENCE NECESSARY | · Minimum of 1 year related experience in Accounts Receivable |
EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE | · Basic knowledge of general office equipment |
COMPUTER SKILLS | · Basic knowledge of Windows XP, WP and Spreadsheet · AS400 |
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | · Ability to ensure that quality and production standards are met · Ability to handle stress and conflict · Ability to meet deadlines and understand that time is involved · Ability to resolve customer issues and take responsibility for work performed · Ability to set priorities · Ability to work with others · Clear Status on Criminal and Drug Test · Customer service, professional attitude and appearance · Good Communication Skills · Good Team Player · Must know how to prepare reports on volumes, machine performance caused by machine problems · Overtime when required · Strong organizational, administrative, recording keeping and time management skills |
