ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR
Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Location: Nashville,TN
Parking: Yes
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $20-24/hr (depending on experience)
Type: Contract to hire
Hours: 8am-4:30pm | Monday - Friday | 40 hours per week | Onsite
REQUIREMENTS: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR
* 3+ years of related or accounting experience
* Proficient in MS 365, especially Excel
* Ability to perform high volume AR work
* General understanding of credits and debits
* Ability to speak professionally with vendors via phone and email
RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR
* Maintain financial records and analyze transactions
* Strong knowledge of GAAP
* DocuPhase is the software - no previous experience required.
* Assess the effects of transactions on account relationships and alternative ways of handling transactions
* Analyze potential impact of proposed business plans on capital investments, income, cash flow, etc.
* Ability to work with internal and external customers
* Daily receipt of checks, ACH deposits, and credit card payments
* Contact past due customers
* Maintain accurate aging report
* Any other duties assigned by management - needs to be flexible as they run a lean team
* Review/approve legal account and monthly credit reporting billing
