About Our Client:
Addison Group is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for a temporary 90-day position with our client, a fast-growing company in the Health, Beauty, and Wellness industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on sustainability and innovation.
Job Description:
The AR Coordinator will assist with onboarding new customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable tasks. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash applications, collections, and customer setup processes.
- Provide support for month-end close activities.
- Collaborate with teams in Accounting, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve AR-related issues.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel, including V-lookups (preferred but not required).
- Degree in Accounting or related field (strongly preferred).

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Start Date: October 28, 2024
- Dress Code: Business casual, jeans allowed
