DaBella is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to help oversee our daily operations within our accounting department.\

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 Annually
Full time: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic team of Accounts Receivable Specialists, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle: invoicing, payment collection, dispute resolution, and reconciliation.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address updates and challenges, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Set clear objectives for the team that align with broader accounting goals and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the company’s Backlog Report and ensure adherence to month-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and customer service to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the AR department
- Manage collections and disputes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume accounts receivable management (5+ years) with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Self-starter with exceptional time management and a proactive approach to efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10 or more.
