Accounts Receivable Manager - Spherion

About the Job
Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and salary is starting at $50,000/yr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
-New customer set-up, maintenance of accounts, internal and external customer service, resolving outstanding balances, follow up collections, processing accurate payments on accounts, reconciliation of accounts, daily banking deposits, manual payments, file and maintain invoices for supplies, equipment, and credit memos, file and maintain business records, prepare, print, and process monthly statements, order pre-printed envelopes, answer overflow of phone calls and direct to appropriate department.
-The Accounts Receivable Manager manages all employees in the Accounting Department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of employees within that department.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

Qualifications:
- MUST have at least 2 years Accounts Receivable/ accounting experience
- MUST have at least 2 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping
- Comprehensive computer skills, 10-key by touch, and Microsoft Excel
