Responsibilities
Invoice Processing: Manage and process incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Payment Tracking: Monitor and track payments to ensure they are received on time.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status and collection efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment on receivables and collections.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
Skills: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Ability to manage customer relationships effectively and professionally.
