Accounts Receivable Specialist - Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC

Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is an in-office 40 hours per week full-time position.The ideal candidate must have experience in project billing, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, superior organizational ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work comfortably in a professional environment are required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Invoicing high volume client projects•Coordinating project invoicing with Project Managers•Data entry of all vendor bills•Maintaining vendor records•Maintaining internal spreadsheets and forms•Filing of hard copy records•Serving as back-up for Controller•Generating financial reports, etc.Qualifications:•1-2 years related experience •Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills•Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs•Experience with BillQuick, preferred but not required•Strong organization skills•Detail oriented•Ability to take direction and complete tasks on deadlinesSalary will be based on experience level and includes an excellent benefits package (holiday, vacation, personal paid time off, employer contributing medical, dental, and 401K plans).
