We have the following opening in Bloomington, MN for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the company's incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and maintaining financial records. You will work closely with internal team members and external customers to ensure smooth financial operations and timely collection of receivables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices to customers.
- Work with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and answer questions related to invoicing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales and operations) to address and resolve customer questions.
- Support audit requests by providing AR-related documentation.
Required Skills:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance/accounting roles.
- Proficiency with Great Plains is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and disputes.
