Overview of the role: Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Processing all cash receipts as well as applying payments to correct accounts
• Answering questions and emails that come in throughout the day
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Handling all billings for the company
• Ability to handle multiple company entities AR needs
• Issuing credit memos to clients and vendors
• Ad hoc/special projects as directed by the Accounting Manager
• Provide backup support to accounts payable as needed

Preferred Qualifications: Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Strong attention to detail, with minimal tolerance for errors or typos
• Ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Willingness to ask questions to ensure tasks are completed accurately
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor, coupled with the ability to focus and complete tasks independently
