About the Job
Essential Functions:
Conduct account research, analysis, and daily collection calls.
Resolve outstanding issues with customers and make process improvements.
Maintain accurate aging reports, send customer statements, and process ACH/Lockbox payments.
Reconcile accounts receivable with the general ledger and assist with month-end journal entries.
Prepare various reports and handle additional business needs as required.
Qualifications:
Two-year degree or higher (preferred).
3 years of Accounts Receivable and Collection experience (preferred).
Proficiency in SAP or equivalent software and MS Excel (required).
Key Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic accounting functions.
Critical thinking, attention to detail, and process improvement skills.
Strong communication and ability to maintain confidentiality in all communications.

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
