Accounts Receivable Specialist - AVO T&L, LLC

Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for processing incoming payments, monitoring customer accounts, and reconciling discrepancies. This role involves communicating with customers to resolve payment issues and ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (NetSuites)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Process incoming payments and reconcile them with outstanding balances
