About Us:

What You'll Do:
- Be the architect of our digital accounting foundation, transitioning us from paper-based systems.
- Create and implement best practices for digital accounting processes.
- Manage and process invoices with precision using digital tools.
- Handle client payments and account reconciliations.
- Engage empathetically with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate across departments, contributing to team efforts.

We Need Someone Who:
- Is a visionary in digital transformation, particularly in accounting.
- Has a proactive attitude and can adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Is skilled in prioritization and handling stressful situations professionally.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience working in an insurance agency.
- Familiarity with our Agency Management System, Applied Epic.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000.
