- Verify customer data imports correctly from Excel sheet and filling in missing items
- Creating an invoice template with new logo and insuring formatting mirrors prior invoices
- Create an invoice for each customer once the template has been approved and save in memorized transactions
- Assisting with getting the accounts set up online for sales/use tax if needed
- Filing state sales tax documents in our online record
- Updating/creating a sales tax schedule based on filing frequency
- Keeping a check list on the status of each state’s account.
- Map the billing items to sales tax codes in Avalara software (we use Avalara to determine the tax rate for the service items billed)
- Strong QuickBooks experience
- Degree preferred
- AR experience
