Accounts Receivable Specialist - Aston Carter

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description Provide administrative and accounting support to the accounting department. Responsibilities include project support, assistance with monthly financial closing, filing, and data entry. Primary duties involve preparing project management and payroll invoices, entering job cost journal entries, maintaining monthly recurring journal entries, preparing payroll funding requests, conducting A/R financial closing, reconciling A/R aging and general ledger, and supporting accounting staff during audits and special projects. Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Issaquah, Washington and some days remote. Work Environment Normal working hours are 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required during periods of high workload or major projects.
