Accounts Receivable Specialist

This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with A/R experience from the construction or trades industries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lien Waivers
• Contract Billing
• Excel
• Project Reconciliation - with breakdown for customers
• Invoicing Customers
• Outbound calls to customers in regards to remaining balance from completed projects
• Draws are submitted and verifying / follow-up when they are due with customers
• Strong Problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Email Correspondence - acknowledge incoming emails, research and get back to customers or vendors.
