About the Job
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and account resolution to Brookdale customers and associates to ensure exceptional service is provided through timely resolution of customer account billing issues.Researches and resolves billing errors, disputes, cash application, and other issues through regular customer account audits to provide customers and business partners with accurate billing information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Resolves account inquiries and escalates unsettled discrepancies to provide timely resolution.Assists in training associates on Accounts Receivable policies, procedures, and functionality available in company platforms.Identifies potential customer account issues through review of daily, weekly, and monthly generated reports and queries. Works to resolves issues timely.This job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position.
