About the Job
Adecco is partnering with a local company in Oshkosh, WI to hire a AR associate for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.
Shift : Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
Pay $25-$31 (based on experience)
Handle day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with contract terms, pricing agreements, and agency policies
Apply receipts to open invoices in the ERP system
Monitor accounts receivable balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and initiate collection efforts as necessary
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Continuing to improve the payment process
Qualifications:
2 years of AP/AR experience/Associates Degree
Previous experience with Net Suite is preferred but open to others
Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts receivable/general ledger systems and procedures

Pay Details: $25.00 to $31.00 per hour
