Job Description:

• Researching unapplied funds
• Manage and process accounts receivable transactions
• Email and phone communication
• Prepare and send invoices to clients promptly
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Seattle, WA
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
