Accounts Receivable Specialist - Robert Half

Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team located in Renton, Washington. This role is centered around the healthcare industry and will involve working with a variety of accounting software systems and tools. The focus of the position will be processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: - Efficiently process customer credit applications with a high level of accuracy - Maintain and update customer credit records regularly - Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary - Provide internal pharmacy solutions and support - Handle high volume workload on a regular basis - Review patient accounts and provide suggestions for payment facilitation - Run regular reports and manage data effectively - Communicate effectively with pharmacy site leaders and directors - Use Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet for data processing and management - Conduct detective work to resolve issues and improve processes.
