Accounts Receivable Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a construction company in Delray Beach, FL, to find them a AR Specialist. This is a well-established company looking for someone eager who is interested in long term growth and developing their career in the construction industry in South Florida.

The position is ideally temp to hire although could be a direct hire role depending on qualifications and employment status. The ideal salary range is between $24-$27 per hour.

Job Summary

• Business to business collections via phone and email
• Enter and update information to reflect accurate customer information including dates contacted
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize accordingly
• Accept and post payments via ACH, credit cards, wires and checks
• Assist with processing liens and claim losses

Qualifications

• Some construction experience/ knowledge is required
• 1+ years of AR experience
• Experience with an ERP
• 100% onsite position
