Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor for our client, a prominent CPG food manufacturer. In this role, you will be essential in optimizing the receivables process, ensuring accuracy, and fostering a culture of excellence within the finance team. Key responsibilities include managing incoming payments, reconciling customer accounts, and resolving discrepancies. Experience with Big Box retailers required for this role.

Responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of customers, managing the posting and processing of chargeback deductions with proper documentation
Collaborate with customer service, sales teams, and brokers to understand sales promotions and ensure timely reconciliation of all billbacks
Contribute to the monthly close process by processing customer promotion accruals in line with financial policies
Utilize analytical skills to assess receivable management, adhere to KPIs, and enforce order management policies and procedures
Experience with EDI PO order processing and familiarity with NetSuite and/or Trade Promotion systems is advantageous
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Over 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably within a CPG company
Proficiency in Oracle and NetSuite software is a plus
Experience conducting analyses through customer web portals for big-box national retailers
Demonstrated ability to close books monthly
Supervisory experience in an A/R department
Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
