About the Job
Adecco is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Accounts Receivable Support Specialist to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position that requires excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Note: Must be available to work 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, during training.

Qualifications
Proven call center experience
Experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients through phone, email, and chat support.
Process and resolve customer inquiries, claims, and disputes promptly and efficiently.
Assist with credit application processing and credit limit setting.
Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
Support department initiatives and projects to improve processes and efficiency.
Adhere to strict deadlines and maintain accurate records.
Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
