Overview:
The Accreditation Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accreditation review process. Key responsibilities include coordinating review activities, providing administrative support to the accreditation team, and assisting with board meeting preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Accreditation Process Management: Coordinate review schedules, track submissions, and provide administrative support to reviewers.
- Communication: Manage communications with programs, reviewers, and the accreditation team.
- Board Support: Assist in preparing for board meetings, including developing agendas and tracking decisions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data related to the accreditation process.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative duties, such as scheduling, filing, and report preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in higher education or accreditation.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and processes.
