About the Job
Summary: The ACGME Institutional Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects related to ACGME accreditation and compliance within the institution. This role ensures that the institution meets all accreditation requirements and standards, supports the Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs, and facilitates effective communication between the institution and ACGME.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field required. Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a healthcare or educational institution. Experience with ACGME accreditation processes and standards strongly preferred.
Skills:
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management software.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions, Physical Environment and/or Safety Requirements: Office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. Requires visually examining documents and viewing computer screens.
