With over a decade in business, this small but mighty team of six is looking for an experienced installer who’s ready to lead as they expand their crew. Based in Terrell, TX, this role offers plenty of travel opportunities, primarily within Texas but with occasional projects out of state.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this ACM Installer position include:

• Proven experience in ACM panel installation or similar cladding systems.
• Ability to route and fabricate ACM panels in the field.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and lifts.
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Travel primarily in Texas, with occasional out-of-state assignments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.

Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers per diem for meals, company-paid lodging during travel, and mileage reimbursement for job site travel.
