Job Title: Acquisition Analyst IV
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Acquisition Analyst IV to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Perform tasks related to developing procurement request packages, monitoring acquisition and procurement lifecycle management activities, and use of Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) analysis while supporting program office activities.
• Support the development of requirements, market research, estimates, and other related procurement documentation.
• Execute acquisition management across an entire product line.
• Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases.
• Perform acquisition strategy requirements to support program goals and objectives.
• Assist in the preparation, review, update, maintenance, routing, and approval of acquisition documentation.
• Perform acquisition planning tasks.
• Prepare, configure and staff Milestone documentation.
• Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.
• Identify cost, schedule and performance tradeoffs.
• Work with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcome.
• Prepare plans for product risk mitigation.
Required Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the acquisition field.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Strong analytical skills, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have demonstrated ability to present material to senior government and industry executives.
• Ability to supervise and develop others and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong people, leadership, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sciences, or related technical discipline. Relevant military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
