Responsibilities

• Full-time position
• Dedicate 2-5 hours per day following up with leads provided by our team
• Utilize scripts provided to engage with potential clients
• Lead generate by cold calling, door knocking, etc.
• Conduct market research to identify potential properties that align with our investment criteria
• Write and negotiate offers and contracts

Qualifications

• Desire to earn at least $100,000 per year
• Willingness to follow a proven plan for success
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior real estate or sales experience is a plus
• Real estate license is preferred but not required.
