Acquisition Program Manager - TS/SCI - WiSC Enterprises, LLC

WiSC Enterprises is seeking to network with an Acquisition/Procurement Lead to join our team for a potential opportunity at NGA in Springfield, VA and St. Louis, MO. This contract has not been awarded and is not currently funded but is expected to begin in 2024.

The Acquisition/ Procurement Lead will support the customer, employees and WiSC’s interests in all day-to-day functions. They will be responsible for supporting the Program Management Office with Acquisition functions as well as ensuring the mission and Government customer’s requests are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Acquisition Program Managers shall:

• Develop acquisition and procurement documentation such as Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Plan, RFPs, Source Selection Plans or other necessary acquisition documentation.
• Identify agency level acquisition issues or capability gaps and propose alternative solutions.
• Execute government acquisitions and/or acquisition-specific support involving the preparation of, or responding to, acquisition and procurement elements, such as acquisition strategies, acquisition plans, Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP), source selection plans, and others elements of documentation used throughout the acquisition life cycle.
• Assist program offices or other acquisition professionals in achieving acquisition program requirements and milestones.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the following:
•  Program Management expertise in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.
• Program Management or equivalent specialized experience with Project Management tools and techniques.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• PMP Certification
• Top Secret Clearance/SCI
