About the Job
DCS is looking for an Acquisition Support Analyst to support the Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery (AFLCMC/WIS) directorate.
Essential Job Functions:
DoD or AF acquisition experience necessary to provide a wide range of acquisition support services. Assists with the management of data collection, inputs, processing and tracking for the IPT, branch, and division managers. Assists with the consolidation of information into draft reports and briefings as required.
Must have the ability to use Microsoft Access and Project, Defense Acquisition Management Information Retrieval (DAMIR), CCaRS, SMART, and the Air Force and USSOCOM portals to prepare spreadsheets, briefings, figures, graphics, tables, forms, and papers, providing finished products, technical and non-technical, classified and unclassified, in the media and format requested.
Assist in creating and maintaining program schedules in MS Project, to include a critical path. The Contractor shall identify program slips and the effect a slip has on the rest of the schedule. The Contractor shall review, edit, and explain the schedules received by various organizations and summarize the differences and effects the various schedules have upon each other. The Contractor shall assess and analyze schedules and make recommendations to the program manager regarding the realism of the schedule and any anomalies/conflicts across various schedules.
Assist in creating and maintaining the division official calendar in SharePoint to be used for staff meetings and ensure major events are included in the directorate calendars.

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Secret security clearance
A High School Diploma plus 20 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be in the DoD, a BA/BS degree in a field relevant to their functional area, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD, or a Master of Arts (MA) / Master of Science (MS) in a field relevant to their functional area, and 12 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD.
