About the Job
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ years of action chef experience
Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.
Must be in or near Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Must be available all event days - October 30-November 3
Typical event day schedule could be 8am-7pm
Orientation is mandatory and will be communicated at hire
Interviews will be via Zoom

Culinary and knife skills
Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
The work environment for this position will work out of and report to Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. Events may be indoors, outdoors, or in temporary structures. This position will often move throughout the grounds and venue on different terrains.
Uniform Requirements

Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of being in one place, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue.
Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items.
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting up-to 30 pounds.
