Activities Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Gardenview Estates, Managed by Premier Property Management
Wage: Starting at $17/hr Benefits
Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences for seniors? Gardenview Estates, a vibrant senior living community, is seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for senior residents, focusing on social, recreational, and wellness programs
- Coordinate events such as arts and crafts, group exercises, games, educational seminars, and special outings
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for residents to participate and build connections
- Collaborate with staff to meet the unique needs and interests of our residents
- Maintain activity schedules and ensure compliance with state regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience in event planning, senior living, or recreation coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A genuine interest in working with older adults
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
