Job Duties:

• Assist with and carry out planned activities and outings.
• Interact with residents, their families, visitors, and community organizations in a polite and professional manner.
• Report to Activity Director on the progress of residents and respond to and problems that may arise.
• Perform all aspects of assigned duties in an environment that optimizes resident safety.
• Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality.

Job Requirements:

• Compassionate and understanding, able to work confidently and comfortably with older adults.

Skills:

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
