What You'll Do:

• Help plan and run fun activities for residents with different abilities and interests
• Join residents in games, outings, and special events to keep them happy and healthy
• Encourage residents to join activities while respecting what they like and can do
• Work with the activities team to come up with new and exciting programs
• Keep track of who joins activities and what they think
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that celebrates everyone's unique background
• Help make our healthcare community a joyful place

What We Need:

• Experience in planning activities or a similar job is a plus
• Good at talking and getting along with others
• Creative and can think of fun activities
• Caring and patient with a passion for making seniors' lives better
• Can work well as part of a team
