Activity Assistant - Hampton Nursing and Rehab

Hampton Nursing and Rehab  working towards our mission to provide quality long-term care and related health services is looking for an Activity Assistant to help provide quality daily enrichment for our patients/residents.

Activity Assistant Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

•  Assist the Activities Director in the planning, development, and implementation of activities which enrich the lives of the residents/patients.
•  Invite and encourage all residents/patients to all programs as appropriate and conduct "Meet and Greet" at the beginning of each program.
•  Facilitate the activity and be always aware of all residents/patients.
• Assembles, erects, dismantles, and stores the equipment and supplies used in the recreation program and leaves areas in good condition.
• Tasks also will involve record keeping, attention to the environment, use of supplies and equipment, and maintenance of storage areas.

Our candidates will have the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff. This part-time position does offer PTO and health benefits.
