Acura Service Business Development Representative / Customer Service - Rallye Acura

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate career opportunity in our Acura Service Business Development Center (BDC)! Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Supplementing the service team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
• Scheduling service appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests.
• Conducting follow-up calls.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 (Hourly + Commission)

Requirements

• Previous automotive BDC, reception or cashier experience strongly preferred
• Must have previous customer service experience + strong phone skills
• Trainable in various computer systems
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
• Professional personal appearance
• Weekend and AM availability required
