About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Addiction Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing compassionate care and excellent patient experience.? In this role you will work alongside a Physican and integrated therapists to provide full spectrum addictiontreatment, prescribe medications including medications for opioid use disorder and co-occurring psychiatric conditions and help manage treatment plans

• This position includes a?$10,000?sign-on bonus,?up to $7,500 in relocation assistance if applicable

• You will practice at Intermountain Health St. Marys Addiction Medicine Clinic in Grand Junction, Colorado

• Your hours will be Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30pm, Wednesday until 6:30pm with NO call!

What youll bring:

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

• At least 1-2 years of experience, direct experience in Psych and or Addiction Medicine preferred.

• New Grads will be considered with a cover letter explaining why you are interested in Addicion Medicine

• Active, unobstructed Colorado license, or the ability to obtain one

• BLS certification and DEA

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
