Purpose of Role
The Public Health Department seeks an adjunct faculty member who is qualified to teach courses in biostatistics, research methods, and epidemiology. Specifically, the applicant should be able to teach introductory biostatistics lecture and lab courses (e.g., PH 540 Biostats Lecture and PH 540 Lab Biostats Lab) to graduate students.
$1,000 Per Credit Hour
Required Qualifications
Candidates will hold a doctoral degree (ABD considered) in mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, or another related discipline, with a demonstrated expertise and interest in public health education. Significant public health work, graduate teaching experience, and involvement in community and/or global health activities are preferred.
