Position Overview
The Department of Criminal Justice seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor pool and welcomes applicants at any time. This posting is for the Fall 2024,Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 semesters.
The anticipated need is for Adjunct Instructors whose duties may include, but are not limited to teaching the following courses:
CJUS 2100; CJUS 3201; CJUS 3210; CJUS 3300; CJUS 3310; CJUS 3320; CJUS 3340; CJUS 3400; CJUS 3410; CJUS 3600; CJUS 3610; CJUS 3620; CJUS 3630; CJUS 3700; CJUS 4200; CJUS 4250; CJUS 4330; CJUS 4350; CJUS 4360; CJUS 4370; CJUS 4380; CJUS ; CJUS 4460.
Minimum Qualifications
A master's degree in the discipline or a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours directly related to the assigned courses(s).
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Criminal Justice from an accredited college or university; experience teaching Criminal Justice courses; experience teaching online courses.
