About the Job
Converse University is seeking a pool of qualified applicants to serve as an adjunct instructor of mathematics and/or statistics on a needed basis. Courses may be face-to-face or online, depending on the department's needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach one or possibly more sections of MTH 108 Finite Mathematics, MTH 110 Elementary Functions (precalculus), and/or MTH 113 Introduction to Statistics.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 18 hours of completed graduate level mathematics coursework
- Experience in teaching mathematics or statistics at secondary or university levels
